depending on where you land in North Carolina there are some great beers to be tasted. If you are in Western North Carolina then you would do yourself a favor if you visited The Wedge Brewery, Pisgah Brewery, French Broad Brewery, Asheville Brewing Company, Highland, or any of the other local breweries here. If you don't make it to the west part of the state, then try to find some cans of the Asheville Brewing Company Shiva IPA.

whatever you do don't respond physically...what you can do is play and as long as it doesn't hurt keep playing, but whenever the biting gets too hard pull back your hand and say ouch! They are very smart dogs and don't want to hurt you so if you let him know verbally he will get better about it, they just don't know what hurts until you let them know...think about puppies playing, when one gets hurt it doesn't bite the other puppy harder, it yelps and stops the game...it works just like that.

yes, we did citra but it didn't have the punch of sour that chinook and amarillo had, also we had good results from falconers flight, a citrus hop blend.

my homebrewer has been doing the same thing for me since the last hop season, making me IPA's using the same recipe but switching between different citrus hops to find the ultimate citrus IPA combo and we have settled on Amarillo and Chinook as the best for imparting the pineapple essence citrus to the beer.

that is a tough question, My favorite place to camp around here is at Looking Glass Rock in Brevard. It is below graveyard fields off the parkway but if you are camping in S. Mills River you will be close to there, its hard to find good camping spots close to asheville.
