Thats scripting territory, if you hunt around http://www.ps-scripts.com/bb/ you might be able to find something.

If you happen to have PS extended or After Effects or don't like scripting I can think of a way if you're interested.

  • Unplug the LG, reboot
  • Calibrate the AOC as Display 1, save the ICC profile as something like AOC2036_0522.icc so you can find it easily.
  • Reattach the LG as Display 1
  • Define the LG's (Display 1) default profile as the CalibratedDisplayProfile-1.icc you created earlier.
  • Define the AOC's (Display 2) default profile as the AOC2036_0522.icc you just created.

You should be good to go, as I said PS only uses the color profile for Display1, so it should only be warning about that display.

I have to admit I'm not up to speed with Win7, so if anyone more familiar has any advice, please step in.
Unfortunately calibrating dual monitors is a little tricky, and photoshop ignores the Windows Color Service calibration for the second monitor regardless.

Under control panel -> color management

Is the new profile on your main monitor shown under "Profile associated with this device"? and is AOC 2036 your main or second monitor?

If you want to remove the old profile it should be under All profiles in the color management window or in:

C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\Color\

Run the windows7 monitor calibration tool to create a new profile.

I'd urge you to get a real monitor calibrator if you are doing any professional design work.

Removing and re-installing RES seem to have fixed it on all machines.

Now only if the inline images maxWidth is wide enough to touch div.side, the sidebar's opacity flashes on and off a couple of times (instead of repeatedly).

Otherwise, I'm seeing the same effect as zzyzzyxx

I tracked down an article last time this was posted

It was a semi-truck that was speeding, lost control and came into oncoming traffic. The driver of the first light truck was killed instantly and the passenger is/was in a coma, the second truck driver (camera truck) had minor injuries.
