But I have to say my favorites were SG-1 and TNG/DS9. TNG in particular pushed the gay/lesbian boundary far for it's time.

Battlestar for me was awesome until the ending, but I understand that's highly controversial.

The cooling on the PS3 was top notch. A large fan that could ramp up quickly.

Recipe:

Precook bacon till almost done over low heat. Set the oven for 350.

4 eggs for 8 biscuits, mixed in a bowl.

Coat pan. Place biscuit in a muffin tray, and create a hole to drop the egg in.

Place the bacon in the center of each biscuit. Then use a spoon to pour the egg in.

Bake for 14-17 minutes, or as directed for the biscuit brand you use.

Sprinkle with cheese when it's still hot. Let it rest to melt.

Enjoy! Tastes almost like a McDonald's bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. But better.

Wayland just hosts X11 and that solves most of the problems. Until GTK/QT ports to wayland and uses it directly.

I was in the same situation. Financially dependent, despite all my attempts to become independent from my parents, especially for financial aid reasons.

There's very little wiggle room, but if possible, you can get emancipated and thus freed from financial dependence. Then usually financial aid kicks in and pays for most college expenses.

Having gone through college and taken large loans, I would now rather do anything to get rid of these loans. I knew plenty of people that arranged it so they appeared to have little income for financial aid reasons.

No, its a constantly growing field.

I'd look out for companies that are always expanding their network. I work at a university and there's non-stop growth, with planned budgets far into the future. So it's also predictable growth, which is nice.

But a research university is far different from the corporate world, so watch out for that. Our goal is to support research, a corporate goal is all about profit.

It wasn't a disk limitation.

I think USB traffic virtualized hits the IRQ's pretty hard (and the CPU). USB is basically 100% cpu based.

I think the next step is to actually not virtualize 2 cores, because it's intensive to keep 2 cpus in sync. Also, not draw the waterfall as fast.

The windows drivers would not work under wine.

I was experimenting with HDSDR running under virtualbox, and it works. Unfortunately it also consumes all the CPU you throw at it. Well at least a dual core 2.8GHz with the host being Linux.
