any gym that has free weights will work. Check out /r/fitness if you're really interested in getting started on a fitness and nutrition plan. It pays off bigtime if you do it right, especially at your age. Judging by your pictures, you appear to have a very good frame and would add muscle in a very aesthetically pleasing way.

And really... I've struggled with acne my whole life, and my biggest mistake was not seeing a dermatologist sooner. It is extremely treatable with very basic prescription pills and topical solutions.
