The barrels (fitch barriers) are filled with water or sand. I like how this type doesn't require replacing barrels and I would assume the cleanup is much better.

This is the best source I could find. It's a slightly different picture but it's definitely the right place and probably original photographer. It's in the Tai Ping Shan Mountain, Taiwan.

lol yeah It's to be expected. For those not aware soap actually damages our skins acid mantle that actually kills bacteria and helps keep us healthy. This year was the first in many that I actually got sick and it took getting trashed with a bunch of sick people to get it lol. I still shower every day and use soap on my hands of course, I'm not a complete hippie :P

This. I stopped using shampoo mostly to avoid all unnecessary chemicals on my skin but I was also very curious how it would go. I noticed that diet can have a huge influence on how much oil I produce, fast food meat for example seems to really increase it. All I do is hold my head under warm water and pull the excess oil off and it works really well. I believe oil production also slows down after not using shampoo for a while.

Do you use any products to assist shape/add scent to cover up the natural smell that tends to build up or is it not a problem? Maybe I'm over exaggerating the natural smell.

As adorable as it is and I do enjoy the pictures it probably would have been best to leave the mystery of humans in a fog of fear for the little guy.

Scientist: a person learned in science and especially natural science

Natural Science: any of the sciences (as physics, chemistry, or biology) that deal with matter, energy, and their interrelations and transformations or with objectively measurable phenomena

Doctors understand drugs beyond what the pharmaceutical companies labels them and will experiment to find new ways to use current drugs. It's not the traditional idea of a scientist but I feel they loosely fit the definition. Many fields of Engineer, especially chemical, do 'Scientists' work. It's not as close to the definition as chemical but I'm a fan of biomimicry, if anything I think of scientists thinking outside the box and that certainly qualifies.

Just food for thought, why doesn't anybody ever consider overhauling and refurbishing older vehicles? They were perfectly reliable when they were brand new and you can buy any part that's broken for a 20+ year old car. Besides safety system upgrades which I feel some are moot at 70 mph there's really no benefit of buying a new car other than to up the Joneses.

Everyone I've talked to that really like macs say what attracted them is how they run smoothly forever; how they just don't slow down like windows does over time. The Linux user experience is exactly the same and just to make a point I put Ubuntu on my laptop and gave it the mac theme. Aesthetics and Freedom.

I strongly agree with the correlation/causation issue but school lunches are garbage. I recently watched the documentary "Killer at Large" they spend a good bit of time talking about it.

The parents should shoulder more blame than the schools but if it's important enough for the government to rethink the lunch policies then maybe the parents will finally start thinking about their child's diet.

I'm not a big reader but I had to get the book and definitely did not regret it. Imo it was better than the movie by far.
