I'm a big fan of Rodney Yee. If you're brand new to yoga, I'd recommend taking a few classes first, at least, to get a feel for basic poses. A teacher can help a lot when it comes to things like alignment and form.

I change up my deodorants every couple of days, so I have 2 different kinds of crystal in the house along with some other "hippie" deodorants. I'm bummed to hear they're not as all natural as I thought they were!

I've tried it and wasn't crazy about it. My skin was fine, but results weren't any better than soap. I hate to sound lazy, but it took too long! If you enjoy the process, though, I'd definitely recommend it!

I think that's part of the problem. We're putting all of our eggs in one very large basket. I guess in this case it's more like two baskets.
