1. I've used it probably 10 times in 6 months. Rented it out once. It's like 300 to rent out, but it goes towards rent if you don't mess it up. I use the pool deck with grills more.

2. For a single room probably. I sublet mine from Craigslist. I think there are more 2 bedrooms here.

3. There's a small grocery store downstairs that has a lot but is a little expensive. There's a good grocery store about 5 min away I'm Mexican village, and meijer is about 15 min away.

4. Yes there is a fitness center. Some cycles and treadmills. Freeweights. Not great but gets the job done. Also a sauna.
