I've had this happen as well. I went over, received some vague voice mails and never called back. They shut it off until I called so they could explain that if I did it again within 6 months I would be banned from their service for a year. I put a cap on uTorrent and never went over again. Still think the whole cap is bullshiat, though. I think I have 15 down.
