I don't think those people are necessarily being any more objective. An objective person would look at past suspensions and make their decision based on that. There's no precedent for a 10+ game suspension in this scenario, which is what people seem to want.

Fix the draft so that the worst team gets a 40-50% shot at the #1 pick, versus the bogus 25% that they get now. I'd also televise the lotto selection process.

You want even more tanking? I would do the exact opposite. Give the bottom 4 teams 15% each and some sort of extra penalty to last place. You lose a 3rd round pick or something.
