Sounds doable. I've got the thermostat in there, it'd be easy to wire it into the hair-dryer, and I'd end up with the benefit of air circulation.

In the lead-up to RotJ being released, I remember reading a magazine article which said there was plans for both prequel and sequel trilogies. But then the same article said that RotJ was to be named 'Revenge of the Jedi', which of course didn't fit with the whole Jedi philosophy.

This works surprisingly well. It forces you to not spend too much time over analysing each name. A quick and effective way to short list names.

Recently on the Blackburn train line I saw a team of AOs surrounding someone (a student who didn't have her concession card) and writing up a report. The AO who wrote the report read out the American Miranda Rights.

"You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can be used against you..."

To me, that's laughable, but I'm more concerned about the policy and authority behind it.

I assume the AOs are not part of the state police force. Do your apparent powers of arrest exceed that of standard 'citizens arrest'? If so, how, and under what authority?

Consider this scenario; I've left the train station, crossed the road, and you suspect I travelled without a valid ticket. Would you attempt to arrest and/or report me? Why?
