What about the Gmail or Google Apps calendar? Just create a second calendar to share with the office, keeping a separate one for your personal stuff. Then sync it to your iPhone.

There is also an app called Planner (iPad only, I think) which combines your calendar data with a simple to-do list.

I'm sorry, but ... an entire stick of butter, 4 CUPS of shredded cheese AND 8oz of cream cheese? That would give me a heart attack before I'm half way through dinner.

I'm sure it tastes great but I could never eat this. How about something simpler:

Fry up some garlic and leek using a small amount of olive oil and/or butter, add potatoes and chick peas, cover in veg or chicken broth and cook for about 15 minutes. Add a little bit of parmesan to serve. Mashing up the soup is optional, depending on your preference (broth vs thick soup).

OP showed a base sauce. You only add things like basil, sherry or red wine vinegar, etc. just before serving. Otherwise, they overpower the sauce or turn it bitter. Same reason you peel the tomatoes - makes for a sweeter sauce as the skins have a bitter taste.
