Know where I can replace this pink floppy sun hat? Lost it in Disneyland - my kid's favorite hat! :( by dogfurin disney

Yes - I hope...the problem is that it is from their inventory from 3 years ago so I doubt they still have any left in stock. But I have an email out to them for the chance.

We did go to Lost & Found while there. We also filed a lost item report. They called us a few days later thinking they found it but it was not a match. I think someone swiped it (sad, & pathetic, I know). I am resigning to the fact I won't get the original back so I thought I would try to see if I could replace it.

I also scoured eBay for hours looking/hunting for the same hat. There are some possible subsitutions but I am holding out for the exact replacement...at any cost! I am willing to pay...lol (the things we do for our kids).

We just went to Disneyland and lost my daughter's favorite hat.

I bought it 3 years ago at the Disney Store and I can't find it anywhere to replace it. Has anyone seen this hat recently or where I can find one to replace it?

Description:

Pink floppy sun hat

Size: toddler (maybe 12-24 months?)

Written on it: Disney Princess (just words; no characters)

It's kind of a gradient pink: light pink at the crown and darker pink to the brim.

It's kind of ruffled in appearance by looking like a ribbon has been wound around the circumference.

When you mean a whole head of garlic, do you mean the whole bulb? Like, this much?

Sorry for the late reply; I was out of town.

What I meant by my comment is that there are "other" variety of sweet potatoes other than the red/orange yams that are typically labeled "sweet potatoes" in the supermarket. I would say 90% of people don't know that there are TONS of varieties of sweet potatoes. I just want to shet light on that. I know I have "burned out" on the red/orange yams in the past and felt I had no other options.

There ARE options and I want to let people know that because the different varieties are pretty different from each other. Take a look at MDA!

I go for bananas, apples and real sweet potatoes (the white ones...not only the red/orange ones also called Yams). Those items are high[er] in carbs but still Paleo. Good luck! You will find the right balance...

Hot dogs and eggs diet: Good idea? by MechaZainin Paleo

[–]dogfur 1 point2 points ago

I like hot dogs. It's the Americana in me. I don't buy them to have in the house, but if I find myself at a baseball game, I can't resist. BUT, I DO try to limit myself to one and I have it this way:

  • no bun
  • lettuce wrap for the bun so you can still HOLD it (I like that ritual)
  • relish
  • onions
  • 2 small jalepeno peppers
  • mustard
  • ketchup
  • sliced tomatoes
  • a dill pickle spear

It's basically a "Chicago" style hot dog (without the poppyseed bun) but all that stuff takes it to the next level and makes it more substantial and easier to stop at 1!!

Interesting followup email, FYI: Source: nymasoniclibrary.org

The Chancellor Robert R Livingston Masonic Library charges a fee of $35.00 for family membership searches. The fee is waived for members in good standing of a Masonic lodge sharing recognition with the Grand Lodge of the State of New York; please include a photocopy of a valid Dues Card with your request. Genealogical requests must be sent by standard mail, stating that the request is sought for genealogical purposes, along with payment.

Our typical search results include the name of a member's lodge; his occupation when he joined; his age at the time of joining; the dates of his Masonic degrees; and a date of death, if he remained a member in good standing throughout his life.

At times, results will include information relating to offices held within a lodge, or other information relating to lodge activities, but these results are not typical.

Search results do not typically include the following: biographical data; family members; photographs; information relating to membership in other Masonic-related organizations (Scottish Rite, Shriners, York Rite).

For membership searches on New York State Masons from 1920 to the present, the following information is needed: correct spelling of full name, including middle initial if possible, and date of death. Please note that information on living members is not available.

For searches on New York State Masons from 1920 and earlier, the following information is needed: full name; name or number of the specific New York State Masonic lodge where the man was a member; and year of death. Searches are not performed for members from this era when the specific lodge is not known.

Membership information on men who were Freemasons in other states or countries is not maintained by this institution.

Requests may be sent by standard mail to:

Livingston Masonic Library 71 West 23rd Street, 14th floor New York, NY 10010

Please note that official requests for membership verification from concordant orders need to be sent to the Office of the Grand Secretary under proper seal and signature.
