Nice routine man. You said you work up to your heaviest set and get 6-8 reps to failure. Does this mean you are doing more reps for the first 2-3 sets? Or are you pretty much sticking to 6-8 reps for each set and exercise?

Also, any ab work or cardio in your routine?
