Coating the bullet in the venom will burn the venom off when it's fired due to acceleration. Using a hollowpoint filled with venom will kill the person with the hollowpoint rather than the venom. Sorry mate.

Well, the UK has a strong maritime presence and not enough land mass to safely build multiple missile launch sites. Makes sense that their nukes can be fired from ships. Even better is if someone does get the drop on the UK, missiles can still be fired easily from mobile submarines around the world. You never know when a nuke is right by your biggest port city, would you attempt anything knowing your maritime forces might be incinerated in moments, let alone the populace of that city, as well as every neighbouring city?
