most phones do bring expansion slots, you just gotta check out the phone you like and see if it brings one. I have a galaxy s2 and you can put a micro sd there, up to 32gb I think. It all depends on the phone model you would like and if it supports it.

yes, it is the official samsung battery 2000mah. So if you use it, does it give an extra day or extra hours?
