Um, considering these idiots wasted 4 wishes, I'm actually quite pissed off.

Better alternatives

  1. Wish for no lashings (if you can wish for 40 why can't you wish for 0?)

  2. Wish for more wishes

  3. Wish for a billion dollars

If you're talking about lash-specific wishes, how about

  1. Wish to be lashed with a feather

  2. Wish to be lashed with plate armour

  3. Wish for the Sheik to put on your back (if you can put the ozzie on your back then you can put the Sheik on your back) and then negotiate his release with any of the above wishes.

Overall, I think we are all dumber for having read this joke. I award it no points and may God have mercy on the OP's soul.
