Girlfriend likes to go to raves with her friends, I don't. She is planning to wear nothing but booty shorts and pasties, and I won't be there and don't approve. How much say should I have in the matter? by DoctorRobert420in relationship_advice

[–]daddyman 24 points25 points ago

This is good advice. You are allowed to tell her how you feel. She is then allowed to do what makes her happy and you are then allowed to move on if you're not comfortable with who she is.

Sorry OP, that was a little tongue in cheek.

Don't be jealous though dude. Hot girl that flaunts it and comes home to you is a rare and wonderful thing. Your SECURITY is sexy to her. Be that guy.

Today, I sang a duet through my kitchen window with a stranger in the adjacent building singing through his bathroom window. Have you ever formed an unexpected bond with a totally random person? by mixigsin AskReddit

[–]daddyman 5 points6 points ago

The US car-focused culture has an insulating, impersonal, anonymizing effect. So I find it fun when this is broken.

As a motorcycle rider I enjoy when two strangers find themselves pairing up on the road, sticking with each other for a while, then splitting off to different destinations.

In another example, a few weeks ago I was riding some backroads and came upon a Porche turbo with the top down. He saw me in the rearview and went for it, and we danced down a great canyon together, each grinning ear to ear, with a wave and a thumbs-up as he turned off near the bottom.

I chose a k12s in part due to it being a good match for my size (6'4")

I like this photo a lot. There's something about the feel of the light, and my very first reaction was that I could almost smell the grass. And what a sweet expression on your little boy. Print it and hang it up.

Back issues by naz10in motorcycles

[–]daddyman 0 points1 point ago

FWIW, cruiser posture kills my back. The sport posture is so much better for my back because it uses the core to actively support oneself. This of course takes a little conditioning to do it for long periods, but in the end it the best way because your back will thank you for the extra support your stomach and back muscles offer. Not sure how scoliosis affects the scenario, but for my lower back issues this is the ticket. I also use a Roman Chair for working out my lower back.

Buying a new bike this weekend!! The seller wants to come to the DMV with me? by AnorexicSpartanin motorcycles

[–]daddyman 0 points1 point ago

Do other states/countries not have a release of liability form attached to the title? In California the seller fills this out at at the sale and submits it to the dmv on his own. The buyer can kill himself if he wants, or collect parking tickets etc, there no liability.

Wrist weight questions by frescaniin motorcycles

[–]daddyman 0 points1 point ago

Google "Master Yoda's Riding Position". You should not have significant weight on your wrists. Depending on your core fitness, this might seem a challenge, but if you consisitently practice good position on the bike and exercise off the bike you'll find it's the best way.
