Keep them in your shop's key box, your office or car. I'm military too and just leave my 'work keys' at work. There's almost never a situation when I need them right then, right now and at work, I can just clip them to my belt since it's actually okay.

You can change all that in the fine tune settings of most stations. I really like being able to tell Slacker what I kinda like, and having it assemble a station from that.

Slacker Premium has two things going for it. First off, it has offline cache! You can select stations to be downloaded directly onto your iphone, so you're not using data charges or anything. Combine this with customization of stations and you have very personal music discovery/radio with you everywhere!

Slacker Premium also has on-demand, and again, you can download most albums straight to your phone!

As far as IP thing goes, I'm currently in West Africa and am using it on my iPhone with a VPN.

Well, Woodland got phased out more than a few years ago, so your best bet for an IBA would be a surplus. A better question would be why do you want an IBA in the first place if you don't have any SAPI (I may or may not have an extra pair of those).

I don't know your needs, but I'd just go for a straight up chest rig with a bib.

If you are looking for woodland, I probably have a small mountain of shit just laying around since I joined up when they were issuing it out and they're not asking for most of it back.
