Your position seems very unpopular on here and I don't know why. But judging from the high rated comments, it seems redditors feel like they were being called racist and they now get to retaliate. I hate the racial tension on reddit.

The entire article does their best to demonize the victim. He was a huge MMA fighter high on weed, etc. Listen, losing a fight does not make it ok to shoot a kid dead. I don't understand how witnesses all see Trayvon punching George (which I don't think anyone disputed) but no-one saw the actual moment George took his gun and shot Trayvon.

There have been a couple mistakes. Danger->Kin was a bit of a waste but didn't hamper the release of Windows Phone. But Kin was one little phone and not the big deal people acted like it was. Microsoft's marketing has also not caught up to the awesomeness of their product. And you know what, marketing is going to be an uphill battle if all the media can do is shit on them for no reason.

I for one will be giving Microsoft a lot of my money this year.

Getting $600 a month is VERY different from getting $0 a month. $600 will pay for somewhere to live, and some food. An unpaid internship means I have to spend $600 a month for the opportunity to possibly not learn much beneficial.

Also, most or at least very many students do not have the luxury of living at home during this time. They have to pay rent.

Yes, but you have to search for a completely separate free or "lite" version. There is no trial system built in like Windows Phone, where I can install an app, become completely enamored with it, and have an easy path to upgrade within the same app.

This is part of the reason the number of apps in the Marketplace isn't higher. Many apps for Android and iOS exist as lite and pro twins, whereas WP will have just one app instead

Damn, I must be really spoiled by Windows Phone. Every app has a trial, that can sometimes make the app essentially free forever. Wondering whether an app is crap or not never happens... just hit the 'try' button
