Thank you for the link. It could totally be body issue. I think it's a combination of having a short neck and broad shoulders that makes it more pronounced to me. And they don't get HUGE, but it makes clothes fit differently when I am working out a lot such as when I did a CrossFit stint.

Pretty good. I do tend to sit this way when I drive though. Hmmm... good point on the deadlifting too. However, I can see this no matter how I stand or sit. I've always had muscle cramps in the left side and have thought it was from building 'short' muscle but really have no idea. So, the recommendation is better posture and deadlifting?

I have to ask a dumb question.... the fetishisation of boobs would make me stand straighter, no? They are quite heavy but I don't think this is why I slouch.

I started out not being able to do even one and with the use of bands, I can now do one. I started with a thick band that supported a good portion of my weight and kept me from kipping. I gradually lessened the band to less resistance. I still do workouts with the band but I can do one single one without it.

This is going to sound totally arrogant. I tried masturbating when I was a teenager and it never worked. Tried again when I was a little older, after I'd had sex, didn't work.
