The Real Reason Why They Repeat the Same 20 Songs on the Radio & TV Nationwide by marcussantiagoin conspiracy

I reckon we have one of the best independent radio stations in the world here in Melbourne called [RRR](www.rrr.org.au/)

Do you really think he is that stupid that he didn't wipe it once he had stolen it?. My guess is that someone else had stolen it and then sold it to him.

Just curious as to why you chose Absolute DB? (I use embedded mySQL for my local database needs).

Reminds me of the time i met this golden aged American couple who had just flown over from Europe (I am in Australia). When I asked them what they thought of Europe that said oh Europe is fine once you get used to all the foreigners.

People are stupid. A friend of mine knows one of the federal cops that busted this guy and apparently his stash wasn't even encrypted. It was all stored in his photos directory.

hardest part is getting the bitcoins without giving anyone your name

Have you considered mining them yourself?. A $500 card can generate around 0.6 worth of a bitcoins a day. I think it costs around $2-$3 worth of electricity to generate 1 BC so if you are patient you can even save some $'s.

My two best friends just got married and I'm so happy for them! by PeterJeromein atheism

[–]aristideau 0 points1 point ago

I am specifically talking about the word marriage, not the concept. Just like the word gay (and to a lesser extent fabulous) have been commandeered by the gay community, I reckon these people that are opposed to it are scared that marriage will be somewhat smeared by the gay community using it.

Pretty sure it's on account of the word marriage. I reckon they wouldn't have half the issues if they decided to call it garriage or something similar because rightly or wrongly marriage really was originally intended to be used for a male/female union.

I think you can have ac on the sabbath just as you switched it on at 11:59 on Thursday night. The law says you are not allowed to switch things on and off. That's why the elevators are programmed to stop at every floor without anyone having to push a button.

Are the sunglasses that cost more than $50 (or even more than $250) really any better than those that cost $5? Is it all about fashion, or are there some that are extremely well built? by SmellsLikeUpfooin answers

[–]aristideau 2 points3 points ago

I reckon Revo's are better. Apparently the guy that started the company used to make coated lenses for satellites for NASA. You have probably seen them because they have a very distinctive blue mirror tint. I swear by them. Before they where bought out (B&L?), their lenses where made of glass and were the only company (at the time) to do prescription sunglasses (that's how I got into them).

'The Avengers’ is officially the 9th biggest film of all time globally, passing 'Alice In Wonderland' and 'Star Wars Episode 1' by ServerGeekin entertainment

[–]aristideau 0 points1 point ago

I think The Avengers was worse. I know it was an action/sci-fi but the plot just didn't make any sense and also, of what possible use was Scarlett Johansen's character with her tiny little handguns against flying aliens the size of buildings?. I also hated all those attempts at humour.

I have never been one to rave about socks, but I have just recently discovered these All-Day Socks (Target had them on sale for $2.99 a pair and I bought the last 5 pairs) and I am not exaggerating when I tell you that these are the most comfortable socks that I have ever worn in my entire life. They are made from 100% of that really soft pure cotton and your feet hardly sweat at all. Another thing I noticed is that your feet do not smell at all as some of my synthetic socks leave my feet smelling like a dirty gym locker. I am going to buy 10 more pairs and throw out all of my old socks (I have even instructed my sister to buy me these for Christmas).

If you decide to buy some make sure you get the ones with the cushioned sole.

I have a habit of reading the comments before checking out the link and I couldn't believe how many people said they cried after watching the video, especially after some hand holding went on. I thought to myself what a bunch of lightweights. Watched the video, and yep, I was tearing up within seconds of hitting play.
