Haha. I appreciate the help! In my experience, most of these software like Sibelius or Finale in which you can input notes with a midi keyboard such as mine are too sensitive to slight variations in tempo and rhythm, things that performers do naturally, making the result almost unreadable... I wish I could realistically do what you're saying, but it's very difficult and may end up taking me more time than just inputting it manually. :( But thanks for the suggestion!
