Here we go, who I would get rid of in order:

anyone with an incurable sexually transmitted disease. HPV and herpes is probably ok as they have vaccination and valtrex.
retarded people and people with other genetic diseases that significantly affect quality of life or who could produce children with such genetic diseases.
If there are any people left to kill after that, black people. They have significantly lower IQs than the rest of the population and display a greater propensity for both uncontrolled reproduction and violence. We'll start with Africa, and get rid of all the black people there first, and then move on to other continents like Australia and the United States.

Definitely, I personally think we should get rid of most, if not all black people. They have significantly lower IQs than other races and a greater propensity for promiscuity (and reproduction) violence. This is a fact, not a judgement.

While there is no definitive proof of these claims, I tend to believe them based on my own experience.

Robin Baker's "Sperm Wars" is a better book imho, as it looks at modern human physiology to draw conclusions about human sexual programming. For instance, most sperm can't fertilize an egg, and in fact is there only to kill the sperm of other men.
