TROPHY CASE

Alan Wake: GoG or Steam? Decide for me! by muskieratboiin gaming

[–]aftli 0 points1 point ago

This song. Man. When you get to the part of Alan Wake where this song plays, wow. If you haven't played yet, first, you'll come to a warehouse. You'll climb over a fence, and there will be a radio. Turn the radio on. What follows is one of the toughest fights in the game, stay and fight, don't run away. Probably the second most memorable part of the game.

Not necessarily. But anyway I was responding to people who do make that assumption.

Second time I've addressed this, but I don't see the word "thus" after those parenthesis.

I came here to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

Didn't mean to imply that at all.

Believe it or not, even if you don't care for the sound, a lot of EDM producers are classically trained (deadmau5, for example) and are actually real musicians. :)

Assuming you're talking about the act of live DJing, you've obviously never tried DJing. Here, check this out: this is what (some) DJs do.

Raspberry Pi, meet your competition - a reference design available right now, worldwide. by Sailerin gadgets

[–]aftli 0 points1 point ago

Yup, I'm sure they will. There was light discussion about porting FreeBSD to it, which would excite me, but not enough interest to make me excited that it will be a reality within five years. Sadly reverse engineering and writing drivers isn't my area of expertise.

Either way, I bought the thing, and it'll probably get plugged in for a few minutes, admired a bit, and thrown in a drawer somewhere until I can think of something solid to do with it. ;)

I love this subreddit. Everything is mildly interesting, but only just so. It's actually to the point of being able to get a chuckle out of me at times.

Funny, I just today finally received my invitation to order a Raspberry Pi, which I jumped on. The problem with the Pi is that the drivers are closed source, I wonder if that's the case with this thing.

I'm from North East USA also, and I came here with the feeling that there was absolutely nothing special about us. So thanks for that.

I buy my LC and Stouffer's meals at Target, and almost all of them are $2-$2.50. Cheaper at Target than anywhere else, I have no idea why.

I had read that during the standing time, the meal is still cooking and it's necessary. Any truth to that?

For some reason that sounds even more yucky to me than blood.

They also use it interchangeably with "racist" a lot, but it's usually spelled "ignant". Ugh. I usually point out how they are ironically ignorant as to what the word means. Anyway, CTRL+F ignorant, upvote.

Serious question. Exactly which part of this "policy" is not a complete blatant violation of the fourth amendment? Isn't this type of thing exactly what they had in mind when they wrote that whole bit into the constitution?

Doesn't that guy Faraday have a cage named after him? That's better than having a coil or a magnet named after you. So it's completely obvious that guy wins anyway.
