You can get rings up to 15% IAS, FWIW. I actually had a vendor selling +60 vit 15% IAS rings. I bought 7 (and gave two to my friend) and should have bought more. I sold the other 3 on the AH for 100k each. I should have cleaned the guy out, as they were only like 6k.

I'm quite confident you could exceed 60% IAS in gear alone, if not more like 75-80. Couple that with a fast weapon and your attack rate will be bonkers; I think you could get a barb with passives close to or in excess of 3 APS, which would be 5 APS with frenzy up (!). Sadly, the Barb simply doesn't have much use for all that fury and IAS since all the fury spending skills seem to be IAS independent and also interrupt regular attacks. The only use I could think of it would be for maybe corpse throw where, with 3 bashes a second, you could toss a 400% corpse every few seconds. Alternatively, you may be able to do the infinite Wrath with this setup.

None of that is going to happen without a patch. That stuff all needs to be programmed into the game. The best they can do for now is simply boost stats.

It likely doesn't return all results for everyone simply due to the sheer volume of stuff up there. I have a feeling there are pools of items that fill up and you are only subscribed to one pool at a time.

If it was a 10 pool and he did a 15 hatch it would have been a build order loss.

Not even the case on Daybreak, I've seen people defend even 6-pools with 15 hatches.

Secondly, you are casting this thing for your senior project (wtf kind of class is this?), and you didn't even bother to learn anything about one of your players? Golden actually has quite a history, starting with fOu and qualifying for GSL Open 3 all the way back in December 2010. He later transferred to SlayerS after fOu was bought by FXO, and now is on team LighT, which has a whole story unto itself. If you are looking for things to talk about in the early game when not much is happening, talk about this kind of stuff.

I honestly couldn't watch more than a minute of this, it was pretty miserable.

He qualified for the very first OSL that he attempted, which begun only two months after his pro debut. It's not a big difference at all. Who cares when he technically "started playing?" He could have started playing at 5 years old for all we know, that's how old he was when the game came out. It's not like he debuted at 23 years old; he was 14. All we know is that his pro debut was in April 2007 (where he proceeded to win his first 6 matches in a row, including one against Bisu, and 9 of his first 10), and that he qualified for the Daum OSL in late May, 1.5 months later. Flash was one of the most immediately successful pro-gamers in history, if not the most successful; I challenge you to find me another player who debuted with a 90% win ratio through 10 games (and against very top players) and got 4th place in the very first major tournament he attempted.

Where are you getting that number from? There is no way that is the case. I've personally stashed well over a million and I have jack shit.

Keep in mind too that Windforce and The Grandfather were selling for $100+ each when Diablo 2 first came out. Within two weeks they were down to $10, and within a year they were down to $3.

I do, actually, because I've realized quite quickly that I'll simply never be able to afford the upper echelons of equipment and I'm certainly not going to find it, considering my constantly terrible luck in these games--60 hours played through A1 inferno with one char and through normal with another char and not a single set or legendary found, let alone any decent gear. The thing is, I have a feeling RMAH prices are going to bottom out very quickly on everything but perfect gear, because there just aren't that many people that'd be willing to pay for it. If I could get a full set of top level gear for $10 for my Barb, I'd probably do so.

Sure, that sucks for the players—especially for the guys who care more about BW than SC2, which seems to include Stork—but lets be honest, it's not like climbing the rungs by being a whipping boy. It effects everyone equally, for one.

I just don't see how this could be called an abuse of power. It's a shitty mistake. Kespa has abused their power in the past, but I don't think this is that.
