No revolution for us Cubans before and after 1989, so the same communist crap remains. In general the only change was no more support from USSR, so the paradise bubble exploded and the hunger still remains there, still waiting for a change.

The mistake is not that, the mistake is that the CUBAN government needs the embargo. In you watch Cuban news you will see that the embargo is the scapegoat of EVERYTHING wrong in the country. The US goverment will hit hard the Cuban goverment if the embargo is removed, but the stance is this: we remove the embargo if you give the people some freedoms and that's never gonna happen. The Cuban goverment does not care for its people at all, they just pretend they do and fool left leaning people around the world they do. It's the whole goverment functioning as a merchandising company that sells lies.

I could explain a LOT to you why, but the main thing is this: the normal people, the common pleople, the guy with no friends in the Healthcare sector, they are screwed. They will go to the hospital and there will be no medications, if you are bed ridden then you need to even bring your food,, towels, etc. And don't let me start on the issue of wrong diagnostics or unprepared medical staff.

DO I live in a diferent America ? There are 10 paid holidays a year, I get two weeks paid vacations a year and 3 paid personal days, that's 23 days a year. I came to this country looking for freedom from an opressing tirany, to have a better life and to work. I have all I need, I'm a US citizen already, a beautiful house, a daughter born in freedom, a job that I love and pays me well, my own small business for an extra income, all this in just 6 years, try to get all that in Europe as an immigrant, I dare you...

So what ? This "she/he said I love you too soon is creepy" is the dumbest thing ever. I totally believe it has become a taboo due to movies or sitcoms. Or maybe is a cultural thing and you need to kill a dragon and then it's ok to say it. In my country of origin you say "I love you" constantly, that does not mean "I want to mate for life"
