i agree with what you say in your posts about exercise and one thing i have come to learn is exercise is very inefficient to lose weight for the reason that it makes us hungry. we eat back the burned calories.

if we eat a high carb diet , which the standard American diet is , then all we do when exercising is burning of the stored glycogen (dietary sugar converts to this ) in the liver and muscles. when we do this we get hungry , the body sees it's stores empty and low blood sugar, and signals to feed again, and we feed on sugars and starches again.
