Everyone was around but I just kept it low and had it ready. I wasn't going to miss this opportunity.

I asked the polling lady, she said, "Good question, it's just because they got enough signatures in time to be on there, and it was too late to take them off."

I once gave my mom a cd, and she told me all the songs sounded the same. I then found that her cd player was on track repeat. What are your parents' technology fails? by pseudosarain AskReddit

I was teaching my mom how to use facebook for the first time. On my lunch break the next day, I was checking my phone looking at my newsfeed and I see this picture with a caption "How I feel about 420." 0_O... This is after most of the family and other various people have accepted her friend request. I spent my whole lunch break walking her through how to delete the post. I explained the implications of facebook that evening.

Hope I did not mess this up. From Brooklyn, NY by akuzinin ronpaul

Yes, exactly this. We shouldn't police our fellow ent's actions the same way we are policed by the government. Live and let live, man.

The life of a bill sees many wallets before a shredder at the Fed. If you want to make a difference by doing it, then do it. If you don't, then don't. WWRPD?

I handle money all day, day in and day out, for one of the larger banks. I mean we get bills all the time with "track this bill" stuff on it, we don't throw those out. Maybe if it said something offensive they would instantly set it aside to have the mint or fed destroy it. Really, tellers are just people, and if someone handed you the bill, you would be more concerned with saving or spending it than you are what is written on there second hand.

no. I'm a banker. We don't destroy money, but rather hold it aside if it needs to be mutilated. 99% of the time we continue to circulate the money that doesn't get shipped off via Brinks as long as the bill is fit, meaning not thin, tearing, worn out, or missing bits. If it feels good in your hand, no reason I wouldn't keep circulating it. The job of a teller is almost too fast-paced and hectic to stop to call out little things like that.

I can assure you it won't. I'd just throw it in my cash drawer, and if someone else came along and that was the next bill, I'd give it out. It may, however, end up in a strap of bills and shipped off via Brinks or Loomis etc..

A bank won't refuse a bill if you (or someone) have written on it... this coming from a major bank employee... Continue doing what you're doing, it's what Ron Paul would want, for you to make your own choices, it doesn't hurt me, and the money is already worthless anyway.
