I just plugged the red into the red part, orange into orange. and so forth.

i have plugged in the 4 pin and 24 pin connectors on my motherboard.

as for the gpu, i know i plugged one in, i didn't really look to carefully to see if there was a second one.

I did attempt to turn it on with the switch in both orientations.

as in the red/green/blue/orange little wires.

Yea i put them all in the color coordinated part on the motherboard.

Perhaps i didn't put them in far enough, when i get home from work today im going to take the motherboard out of the case and try to get a closer look.

How many people live at your moms house? Some of these bills, like others are saying, are extremely high.

Food, phone, groceries, water, electricity,

others can be eliminated - home phone, gym, gardener

Obviously first and foremost she needs to find a new job and cut down on spending. As for taking out of the IRA, i would go against that and use the savings as there is no point in taking the tax hit when she has the funds right there.

Currently she isn't in position to drop a large sum of money to clear a debt as she has no source of income.

Depending on how quickly she gets a new job getting all the credit card debt cleared by next year is going to be quite a challenge and she will drastically need to change her lifestyle to accomplish it.

Although generally people don't hold it as long as they do on a car ride, so i'm guessing on average people probably piss 1-2 cups.

Sounds about right, as the capacity for a male bladder is about 1 liter. Of course there's always the possibility of expansion for medical reasons.

Do you have the cash for it on hand? (i assume so since you mentioned debit card, but i figured i'd ask)

If you have multiple credit cards you can try splitting it across that, or like E4IT said, see if you can get a temporary increase on your card. As you will be able to pay the balance down when the bill is due.

If you only have that one card, now might be the time to look into a credit card with reward points and enjoy the boost right off the bat.

Of course that is contingent of you paying off the bill entirely at the end of the billing period.

I hope for the quick cash that he took the 10% on friday and got out.

As for facebook, I didn't buy in and personally think the price will head lower until at least mid twenties, perhaps high teens.

If you are coming out on top in 3 years, don't see why you wouldn't do it. The longer you are the the more it pays off.

In my honest opinion, not running any numbers cause i'm at work(mortgage processor) i would say it's not worth it.

That type of loan you are looking at anywhere from 6k and up for closing costs depending on which bank you go with. And if you are moving soon you wont recover that closing cost to be profitable.

It's great that you made that chart (far more than any of the borrowers i'm working with know/do) but you are going to have to look at closing costs/points before any kind of real decision can be made, as well as if you actually move or not.

I hate sniper spam as wall, myself and 3 friends lanned the game alst summer and we played it so you can have infantry only.

Our one rule was you could only have 1 sniper, for the whole match. If he died no more sniper for you. Created some interesting situations where people would really go out of their way to try and kill the sniper.

Find a card that is offering a sign on bonus now (chase used to have $200 after you spend $500 on the card, capital one had a similar deal.)

Although not part of the question, is there any particular ring she is looking at and that's why you speculate that price. conveniently for me My fiancees and I's friend got married last year so she was with her at a jewelry store with her getting the wedding band sized. They were looking at rings and my fiancee pointed to one she liked.

At that point i wasn't really thinking that far into the head, but when our friend told me about the ring she liked it got me thinking, I checked out the ring and purchased it. Ended up proposing 3 months later.

I'm only saying that because the ring I purchased was far cheaper than what you are proposing to spend. Like i said if you girlfriend has picked out a ring, then I understand making her happy.

Myself I'm not in jewelry and don't understand why people want huge diamonds on their fingers (it's just a shiny rock). I know there are plenty of places recommending how much you should spend. (the 3 month salary thing is hilarious). My train of though is that money is better spent towards the wedding/your future than a ring.

(sorry for going off on a tangent)
