These two are doing a fitness class like "Fitness Model", not bodybuilding. Unfortunately this is the new fad... And yes, it's rare to see someone that dry and keep that much size. That guy is also on tons of steroids and these guys appear to be natural though. They look pretty good all things considered.

The BB had like 4 people per weight class, the fitness model had like 40 people haha... And that one jacked black guy in blue and yellow and the guy from the UK were absolutely outrageously shredded.. You definitely know who I'm talking about haha. Well hopefully I'll be competing with you next year!

I went to support a friend (BB and Muscle Model..) He won his weight class and lost overall.. Close 2nd there. It was a fun experience though (My first wbff show I've seen) and its pushed me to get on stage soon.

As someone else said this is something you should see your physician about.. However, are you having BCAAs during your fasted period? One of my trainers in my gym has had incredible results IFing (stronger, dropped to 7 pct BF) but he performed like crap until he started taking Scivation Xtend to help him get through his workout...

It does sound like perhaps you're not taking in enough calories or nutrients for the day, but without more information it'd be impossible to say.

Also, I don't work for Scivation.. I swear. I just think they have the best BCAAs out. Hope to hear an update on this

Nope, I'd rather not get into how I know him or whatever, but I thought the same thing when I first met him... I figured he'd be an asshole because he's loaded and on TV. Blew my mind though.

One of the nicest, most down to earth dudes I've ever met. Goes out of his way to do stuff for me, gives me ridiculous opportunities to expand myself in what I do and beyond that, and even has played matchmaker and set me up with some girls he knows. He's become a guy I truly look up to.
