Yes, Tools & aCiT are actually my personal favorites due to the polish in presentation while keeping (for the most part)true to the gameplay of the previous games. Also the Hover-Boots in aCiT make me smile all the time. I don't remember the Ryno being too difficult to obtain in Tools, I actually remember thinking it was really easy.

Not yet, you still need to own a copy on every platform, the GTAIV complete edition & collector's edition. I know a store near me that still has a ready supply of collector's editions new for PS3 & Xbox360 last time I checked. That is if you want to pay $69.99 for GTA4.

I recommend "House of the Devil" it feels like an old 1970's Horror flick & at times was generally scary for me. You can't go wrong with this one.

It's not a HD release, it's just a "PS2 Classic" it's like how the release the PS1 games. No fixed or upscaled textures. To be honest I would much rather have a HD re-release, people complain that they do too many of these but I find that they are a better way to resell the Game than just using the exact same version on the PS2.

I loved this game so much, one of the best parts were the little story books that told the interesting tale of the Boss character you were about to fight. So awesome.

I always thought of an idea for a Survival Horror game where an Employee of an Amusement Park compnay has to check out one of the closed down parks so they can finally demolish it, but doesn't realize the Park is Haunted, so most of the Game is spent looking in abandoned buildings, chasing what he thinks are just trespassers.

People act like just because one more popular Game comes out, no one will notice the other one. I mean given that Diablo 3 is a PC exclusive that means most of the people paying attention to Max Payne 3 right now is Console Players. So no Game is getting over-shadowed.
