Sorta. It was handled by John Lasseter who was at Pixar at the time. However, Disney/Miramax was the one that funded and published it.

Hard to say. I got it in around November of last year. The System76 logo sticker has worn off and the Ubuntu logo sticker is almost gone. I have dropped it a few times and spilled dental etchants and it has so far survived. They made a new cover design recently; so I don't know how good their current line is.

I actually have it running Kubuntu and I had no driver issue. Hibernation is not perfect, but I don't know who to blame on that one.

Yeah, they did. When I saw the photos they had, it seemed like the Ubuntu logo was the original print. But when I got the laptop, I realized that they just put a small sticker over the "Windows" key.
