I guess all DS bosses? We have DS normal on farm, and are currently working on Heroics.

We've done Morchok, Yor'sahj the Unsleeping and Ultraxion on heroic, working on Warlord Zon'ozz for now.

I do have Heart of Unliving (raid finder :( )

Also have Seal of the Seven Signs if that matters.

They're 10man raids. I normally heal with a resto druid.

Half rep bench press? by PlasmaPistolin Fitness

[–]Sykos 1 point2 points ago

I've seen/read so many different things about bench press.

Some people say that you should touch your chest while.

Some people say that you should go to a 90 degree angle with your elbows.

Some people say that you should go about 2-3 inches from your chest.

Opponents of the first and sometimes third (depending on how long your arms are) say that it puts too much pressure on your shoulders/rotator cuffs.

Opponents of the second say that the range of motions isn't high enough...

2012 vs. 1984: Young adults really do have it harder today - The Globe and Mail by Tarretin worldnews

[–]Sykos 0 points1 point ago

Right, but the likelihood of a person with a healthy lifestyle having one is much smaller then someone who abuses their body. So the argument comes down to that if you do have a heart attack (low chance) you'd just pay the costs associated with it and not have to consistently pay for other people's health problems. People that aren't taking care of themselves.

Honestly, that kind of thinking should not be seen as acceptable by civilized people.

That's harsh.

Let's just clarify that I'm playing devil's advocate here, but I think the arguement boils down to not wanting to pay for other peoples life choices.

Sure, everyone can get a heart attack and cancer, but I don't want to pay money to insure that someone who chooses to increase the odds they'll get that diseases. If you're going to live recklessly then you should be held accountable for your actions.

Let me reword it.
