This is something I have put WAY too much thought into. I was inspired by this guy. I was thinking his Q, W, and E could be lamp oil (AoE slow, can be ignited by bombs for damage with an AP ratio), rope (skarner's ult except without the suppress, it's a skillshot, shorter duration, AD ratio, being attacked while roped stuns the ropee), and bombs (AP ratio)respectively, with his ultimate being "Richer", where he does damage to a single champion equal to 5% of the total gold value of his items, and stopping their passive gold generation for 2 minutes. His passive would be "Credit" wherein he generates gold equal to 1% of damage dealt to champions. I doubt any copyright issues would come up because Philips Interactive Media is gone (right?). This is by no means a polished/balanced champ, just an idea.
