overall it's a good start. a couple nitpicks, typically the sides and bottom of the face are quite pointy.example here note that it does that weird slope thing in between the bottom of the nose and the top of the mouth.

your eye is also a little to big and a little to high on the face also it should be a tad bit farther to the side of the face. honestly i would suggest practicing some already known anime eyes try practicing some of these.

try finding some anime faces on google and just try to replicate them, once you get the hang of that then do what ArtisticZombie suggests drawing people as anime characters.
