Two snipers, One caber by Waxenwingsin tf2

[–]SgtFish 0 points1 point ago

While you wouldn't get a kill like this with it (long distance), having the Chargin' Targe in your loadout over the Sticky Jumper would probably do you more use as a member of the team in that a) it increases your longevity by giving you defense buffs, and b) if you're in combat and your pipes run out or you know you're going to die, you can bumrush into the middle of your opponent(s) and attempt a crit caber (usually catching an unaware Medic).

Every time people complain about more than one Spy on a team, I always want to show them this video. by Deathmask97in tf2

Every time people post this video, I always want to tell them how absurd it is to need two spies to kill one amateur.

Memes happen when something is posted that naturally sticks within peoples minds, and happen to reoccur on their own at later times.

Forced memes are what happen when Reddit circlejerks content to hell for karma because "LOLREFERENCES".

We should start using these to trigger false positives in every drug checkpoint in the country... You mad K9 doggy? :P by Experiment627in trees

Definitely not. I'm sure there are many more productive and feasible options to counter prohibition than to "GOTCHA!" the police.

A lot of people are okay with recycled content because a lot of people are idiots.

My friend said that a guy came into her work, bought two beers, asked for a pen, drank one, and left a full beer with this note. by ilikethepenorin pics

[–]SgtFish -6 points-5 points ago

Then it's quite selfish of him to impose his own grief upon others at a venue of entertainment.

Edit: Feel free to downvote/disagree if you're a moron. The very definition of selfish is being unconcerned for others (i.e giving "zero fucks").

Seems like Reddit has already forgotten their hate for this guy or something.

My friends decided to warm up their new outdoor pool. by S_Eltronin WTF

Do you really think the type of people who would put a flaming wheelbarrow into an inflatable pool would want to legitimately rig up a system of pipes to heat it up instead?

0/10.

Try harder troll.

[–]SgtFish 0 points1 point ago

Firstly, if I had gotten upset and called him a loser, then yes, trolls win, but I didn't.

Secondly, one can lie to themselves as much as one wants, but at the end of the day, trolling is a seek of attention. It's attention whoring. Something that people who don't have enough friends do. I'm basically calling like it is. Just because I acknowledged a troll doesn't automatically equate to me feeding.

[–]SgtFish 0 points1 point ago

He's made a novelty account and obviously wants people to vote on his comment in any manner (thus seeking attention).

I feel as if the only productive criticism I can provide would be to attempt to analyze the user himself and not feed the lonely novelty account.

Just an Asian couple getting married at my college library. by Professor_Zin funny

[–]SgtFish 8 points9 points ago

It's funny because the entire point of the post you replied to went over your head.

Edit: And for your own intellectual benefit:

I hardly think the stereotype of asians as hard workers and serious studiers is a negative one so I don't understand why you would be offended.

"Positive" stereotypes also hold our society back as a whole as people who fail to live up to said stereotype are looked down upon whereas they wouldn't be with without said stereotype.

I have little to few friends away from the keyboard, so I resort to trolling Reddit for attention.

Classic TF2 movie from way back, when machinima still meant machinima. Hold up today. by Hugs42in tf2

[–]SgtFish 4 points5 points ago

Honestly, while I can tell this video was certainly put together very well, I find that most of it's "drama" comes mainly from its overemphasis on the BG track, and the video itself isn't really anything special or great.

My feelings towards the video are somewhat analogous to the types of songs that people find "good" because they contain the cut&paste "meaningful" sounding chord progressions.

This would make sense if he wasn't clearly carrying a gigantic cutout of his face to various public locations.

Like I said, I wasn't trying to be controversial or "brave".

OP asked a question. I answered. If anything, you attempting to oppose this thought-train that's been fixed to my post is SO BRAVE.

I've considered this too, but honestly, I feel as if just censoring myself from reality isn't the best course of option for my own mental health.

Free public discourse leads to the growth and reinforcement of everybody's ideas (including my own).
