Clearly you don't read the news. First one that pops into mind is the BART cop that shot a kid in the back of the head as he lay face down on the ground with his arms spread.. Actually, looks like he was sentenced to two years with double credit for time already served, reducing his term by 292 days for the 146 days he has already spent in jail. For shooting a kid on the ground that, if you watch the video, it is clear as day the kid was not resisting in any way.

Or the cops that lit up the haitian guy in florida, shooting several bystanders in the process due to being completely wreckless. I suppose the excuse that is used to justify this one is that he had a record and a gun in a remote location of his car. So you know, fuck due process and justice and all that nonsense.

Or the man that needed insulin, was arrested for dui, taken to jail, strapped to a chair and gagged, then maced till he died of shock. No charges pressed even though the god damned autopsy report specifically said the death was a homicide.

Those are just a few that first come to mind. Another would be the mentally handicapped homeless kid in Fullerton that was beaten to death as he screamed for his father.

It seems to be a pretty common occurrence.
