New to LA - AT&T or Time Warner for internet in Echo Park?

I personally love TWC, after years with crap AT&T I switched to TWC and never went back. The setup was next day and any problems I had were handled for free. Speed is also quite good, I don't know how they "throttle" us by any means seeing as I have atleast 6 siblings using the internet all day and it never drops below 10mps (we pay for 15). AT&T always had a slow connection for me, less than half of what I was paying for and never fixed it, no matter how many times I had to beg them to come over.

I may have over exaggerated the "Amazingness" of the whole setup but I really like the overall look of the room, it's quite cozy. I also like the posters setup around the room, not to mention the monitor and shelves, and the color of the room.
