While at a stoplight next to a gas station I saw a young gentleman acting rowdy while he filled his car - loud bass playing on his stereo, yelling into a cell phone, bobbing his head about, etc. Then he threw a paper fast food cup on the ground a few feet from the trash can.

An older man in the car in front of me rolls down his window and yells, "Excuse me!" The young man turned down his stereo and cups his hand to his ear, "What?!" The older man says, "You dropped something!" The young guy hangs up his phone, picks up the trash and throws it away.

The light turned green and I drove off rather impressed with the old man for saying something and impressed with the young man for being respectful, even if only because he knew someone was watching him.
