I traded Zack Cozart while he was hot for Jon Lester. Then traded Carlos Ruiz and Vance Worley for Buster Posey. Cozart and Ruiz were later cut by the teams I traded them to.

I'm not sure if any of them have played before. My first year with them. but yea, I am throwing trades out where I can. Not sure where to improve next. I ended up with very good hitters, but started with horrid pitching.

Personally, I would want Kinsler or Pillips as the add on instead of Melky. If you had to send Weeks along with it, it would be a huge upgrade. He is a huge strike out player.

OK, My pitchers are Cain, Latos, Morrow, Lester, Niesse, Samarz, Chapman, Balfour, Motte, Nathan, S Casilla.

Who to drop for Minor and Wandy? Only other spot would be to cut Alex Gordon or Billy Butler. Both picked up off waivers.

Just dropped Smarz and picked up Minor, Wandy is on waivers until Sat, Bum is on waivers until Sun. Put Bum for Nathan, who else to drop for Wandy?

I am loving this league so far, traded Cozart for Lester, then he cut Cozart for Infante. Traded Ruiz and Worley(both picked up as FA) for Posey(Drafted #26). Got Alex Gordon and Billy Butler as free agents. I started the year with Doumit as my C and now have Posey, nice upgrade. My team was auto drafted and a horrid pitching staff. It's shaping out nicely now. Oh and grabbed Storen and stashed on the DL.

If I read that right that you get Haren, why have you not accepted this deal? Infante is hot now but he is out of the norm for his history, you can't get enough pitching.

I don't see the value in it for you. Tiny Tim is having issues right now, he has lost 3 MPH on his fastball since last year. You have a good amount of pitching IMHO. Who would you end up starting for Kendry.

The guy was starting Omar Infante. He needed a shortstop, I didn't need 3. He does have Halladay, and Haren as well. So it was his 3rd starter.

6'5" 499 (down from 545) working out at the gym, down to a 19 min mile. started at 30 min. Missed 2 weeks with a pinched nerve in my back, still bothering me, but pushing through it. 44 More days until mine. need to start on longer distances. I'm at 1.3 miles in 30 min.

It's a list of 2000 phrases such as (So and So does this). I would like to basically click a button, so it's an on demand action, and have one of them chosen at random and appear on the screen. Then be able to click again to get another random line. Seems simple but I have never really done any programming.

I have tried to get her to go on short walks with me, an 1/8th mile is about all she can do on a walk. And the leg will hurt for several days afterwards. It's been 4 months, she is going back to see the surgeon on Monday.
