In fairness, it still matters. I wrestled at 103 in my first season, and could throw a heavyweight when I was only about 118 (I'd never tried before that), but there was a lot more bone-breaking when I got up to 189. One of my very good friends is a fairly small female. She can definitely put the hurting on someone (I've never seen her box, so I don't know how hard she punches, but her wrestling is top-notch), but she also can lift quite a bit and has about a decade of hardcore training. I could probably knock just about anybody out with a well-placed punch, and if I smashed someone's head into the floor like that, it would probably kill them.

Edit: Also, this is why there are weight classes.

I don't know. If it is scripted, it's scripted by people who know how to fight. She starts smashing his head into the floor, which is how you would kill a would-be assailant.

Then again, the fact that he's able to run away from that and isn't really wobbly on his feet is a decent indicator. If someone who knows how to fight starts smashing your head into the floor, the fight ends after a couple of blows.

The Dumbledore/Grindelwald fight is just supposed to parallel WWII, as is the pureblood/mudblood thing supposed to parallel racism. JKR would have told you "Dumbledore won WWII," if that's what she meant. The parallel is just supposed to give the reader an idea of how lousy the whole wizards dominating muggles idea is.

A few things to consider here:

1) JKR hasn't ever really been one to steal historical accomplishments for the characters in her books. She does a good enough job developing their backstory that she doesn't need to lean on external historical events for this.

2) You're adding a ton of head cannon here to make this work. JKR usually spells things out for the reader.

3) Why would Grindelwald be interested in working with muggles if he believed wizards to be superior in every way?

I've had it. It's good, but not so good that you should feel truly unfortunate that they don't have this in the US. The bacon is just little bacon bits, the mashed potatoes are good, but could use salt.

The high point of McDonald's in Japan is being able to familiar American food for breakfast. Honestly, if you're not eating Japanese food for almost every other meal, you're missing out.

Ditto. It happens a lot on this subreddit that people don't seem to understand that HIMYM has given concrete facts that rule out certain women. Ted meets the mother because of the wedding, "I never would have met your mother if it weren't for a wedding, the last wedding I ever thought I'd be at." This means that he meets the mother as a consequence of Barney and Robin's wedding.
