Okay, I'll give you that. However, by not differentiating the many cases, the meaning becomes hazy. Which leads back to the statement that ispq provided. The "practical purpose" of labeling someone a "sex offender" has become too broad...leading away from its initial (practical) purpose...causing only confusion and fear.

the problem is that there is no differentiation between sex crimes. A 16 yr girl could get caught giving head to her 16 yr boyfriend and spend the rest of her life as a "sex offender". Whereas a different person goes out and rapes or sexual assaults someone.

The second person would most likely end up in jail, but further down the road they are given the same status. Most people hear "sex offender" and automatically assume rape...it is not always that simple.

I do not have any specific articles to refer to and I am way too tired to attempt to locate them...but I believe one of the original issues was that the policy/waiver that was signed by the parents in the very beginning made no mention of the camera's capabilities or use.

water pong is the way to play...rules are the same. Keep your beer/beers in your hand or close by and drink when someone makes the cup. I was surprised that my hicktown college did this, but most respectable big universities still play the normal way. It's fucking disgusting.
