Eesh I'm a feminist but I totally agree with you, and you worded it perfectly. Sometimes I think women LOOK for things to be offended by! Think of the millions of women who want to be mothers but never will be and stop being so sensitive, is what I'd say to people pissed off by this.

My last singing teacher and the biggest Musical influence in my life so far is the reason I am studying Music in Uni. He told my boyfriend's mum that I was the best musician he ever taught. Love that guy! Whenever I feel like I'm sounding like crap I think of that.

As someone who has experienced the same, you need to get over that, your parents were excited when their first kid came along, but when you're juggling more than one child, you don't have time to document every little moment. Your parents probably just nurture your other sibling because they need it more, if they're more difficult, and are grateful for the fact that you can get along by yourself.
