Squeaking front brake

Yes! I tried the rubbing alcohol today and it seemed to work for the most part! It is starting to squeak again a little bit, so I may try tweaking the brake pads tomorrow. Thank you very much, the ears of fellow bikers thank you too.

Wow that would make sense! I had it turned over yesterday to clean it and lube it as I don't have a bike stand

It is a 2010 and no it hasn't, it's doesn't even move a little bit, as if lock out is on

Blunt and easy to understand, much appreciate as a person who wants to start road biking. Choice 1 seems appetizing thank you. Coming from a mountain bike any frame will probably seem beautiful.

Thank you for the reply, Yeah I don't know anything about road bikes, all my friends are mountain bikers with little bike knowledge. So far it seems that a used steel frame with 105 components is what I should be what I am looking for, any things I need to watch out for when buying?
