Obama was sworn in in February 2009. The 2009 budget was created by Bush and voted on late 2008 while Bush was in office. Some of the 2009 spending was also Obama's stimulus, the article faithfully put the stimulus spending under Obama while it put the rest of 2009 spending under Bush.

I disagree, they use different language in Chapter 18, 19, 21.

The Leaders (not the priest) of Isreal were called The Assembly, its certainly reasonable to consider they are talking about the leaders as 18 and 20 use different verbage for all of Isreal.

Senate doesn't create budgets it can only vote on the budgets created by the House. The Senate hasn't passed any of the "Full" budgets as they have been filled with things that they simply couldn't agree with the House on. They have passed continuing resolutions and smaller budget matters to keep things running or else we wouldn't have escaped the shutdown last year.

I can certainly imagine connecting a server to the internet for the duration of a download then disconnecting for security reasons. Though honestly you should be transferring the files via a physical medium in such cases.

Actually if you read the first paragraph of chapter 19 it specifically says those laws are for the Assembly (leaders) of Israel. The previous chapter (much tamer in its laws) are for the commoners.

It suddenly makes sense. I now understand why some of the Britons I know (in US) love their healthcare system and some hate it. They want to be given their meds and not told what to do. I know plenty of people like that here, they hate advice and just want a quick fix.

I think they are just going to keep pushing back the opening of the real money market till they are sure all the hacks are gone. Then the hacks people were holding back will come into affect once it gets opened, it will be lulz.

Meh, a lot of people afking could simply be. 1. They walked away from their computer for a while and don't like logging out. 2. They are managing their inventory. 3. Waiting for certain other player.

Really Blizzard needs to make some sort of in-town pause. It certainly wouldn't break the game if you could pause in-town and it would stop sending you session information and make you invisible so you wouldn't look like your just standing around.
