I thought Clarkson, May and Hammond thought the US motorhome (or the RV) were brilliant (even if they were too big for British roads), but the European style caravans were just small and worthless.

I don't see the big deal. Personally I download almost exclusively in HD/MKV format, but I've tried the MP4 files and they seem realtively similar. Granted, I do have a PS3, a 360, an iPad and they all work with MP4 files anyway (I don't have a standalone DVD player), but I guess it does mean a tiny bit of trouble for those who need AVI files.

I think the Liberal staffer did a pretty good job three weeks ago. I don't like this bill, I don't like Toews as a politician but I still think that while Toews sees fit to call us all child porn supporters and wants to look at my Internet history, it doesn't mean that we can just take it out on him like this. We've already made our point with Vikileaks, it's ended the career of someone on the Hill, why are we doing this again?

But I will see how this pans out, since clearly my opinion has absolutely no bearing on where this is going.

It's amazing what a Google search can reveal - this wasn't even hacking, it was just some basic Internet searches on Vic Toews.

Of course, whether or not the allegations are true or not are a completely different matter. But I still don't think it's right that people are stooping this low, no matter how much of a prick Toews is.

Hey, I completely side with you on this one. If anything, taxing things like fast food (like they do in Denmark, and it seems to be working) would mean there would be more money to go into healthcare. I guess we've all been so divided politically as a country we all seem to forget about the basic things our government should be protecting us from, like fast food, and like cigarettes.

Strangely, I agree with you. It's a bit cynical of the government to make money off these things but also using taxpayer money to make them unappealing. We'd all be better off if the government just did more to get people to stop smoking or eating buckets of lard or whatever it is they sell in fast food restaurants nowadays.
