Considering what they eat, how often they eat, how much they eat, and how they digest what they eat, that is not a valid comparison. Though it does make a point that you don't need meat for protein.

wasn't sure how that would work if one of the drives has windows. but yes LVM is a very good option.

Yes you can boot from two separate drives. And "raid array" about the two drives as one.

Yep totally can do. Takes a bit of work but just google booting Linux with windows bootloader.
