I was born without one of my upper and lower teeth so I got the mirror opposite ones removed from my mouth when I was younger and then fixed it with braces. When my wisdom teeth came in many years later they had enough room to stay without causing any harm since other teeth were already removed. Take that nature!

Though I believe that condition exists, that photo is shopped. Quite a few teeth are just the same image rotated and moved. I saw this photo on here before and someone circled all the teeth in different colors showing which ones were identical/shopped.
