This might sound weird, but try to get him to be outside in the sunlight more! A lot of people in the northwest get very depressed, especially during the rainy season when the sun doesn't come out that much. If sunlight is a problem, maybe try a vitamin D supplement. The nice this about this is that you don't need a prescription for vitamin D or the sun! And they can turn into cute dates for you guys :) like a saturday afternoon picnic at the park (if you can get him out of the basement) or just take a couple pills from the local pharmacy every day

I think I remember seeing a documentary about this family. Does anyone know if they had to move into separate apartments to keep the daughter from hurting the son? I could definitely be wrong about this because those parents didnt seem like they would hit or starve their children....

There's a really good maybe 30 minute documentary that's been done on This family detailing the symptoms of Jani and the history of her case if anyone is interested. Ill try to link it when I'm not on my phone. I'm bummed tho cuz the parents seemed so nice and determined to truly help Jani...

Adolescent or childhood schizophrenia is rare but, unfortunately, it does happen :( its more commonly diagnosed in the late teens/early 20s IIRC

hmmm. well i'm not sure how to measure butts....i'll put it this way, i've got a pretty big butt for how small my frame is and the only problem i've come across was with their jeggings, and that wasn't even so bad. it just takes a couple of tugs and the pants dance :)

I found my Mecca in American Eagle when it comes to jeans. I'm a 00 and I need a 36in inseam and their jeans fit me perfectly! And they have some really good sales sometimes as well :) If you sign up for their free AE card, you can potentially get 70% off the sale items, and they're always having some sort of sale on their pants...

One of my professors is close with Dr. Zimbardo. On the day we were talking about the Prison Study, he mentioned that Dr. Zimbardo had become so overtaken by his role as the warden, that it took one of his grad students admonishing him over the living conditions and telling him to stop the study for him to fully become aware of what was going on. Then he married that grad student :)

That's cute :) I read somewhere to wash my hair before I go to bed, and fall asleep on a new pillowcase and then send him that pillowcase so he can smell my shampoo (after it dries of course lol). And scent is the sense most directly tied to memory! Good idea! Thanks!

i hope this links :/ i'm awful at linking photos. this isn't me, but this is almost exactly what i used to do to my hair. its a little tough for the first couple of weeks when you're washing your hair; you have to separate the chunks with color and wash them in cold water separately (cold water is essential when washing the color cuz it stops it from bleeding, from what i've been told). after a bit tho, all the excess color has washed out and it won't bleed into the blonde.

I'm definitely going to do whatever I can to get in touch with my representatives. I highly doubt I'll be able to support myself and still be able to take graduate classes if I have to pay 2 grand every year.

I must have misread about loans being included. But if private funding doesn't go straight to the university, I wonder how they plan on regulating it?
