Unfortunately, yes. But I made this, and it was a huge sucess (even with my omni friends). But your recipe sound incredible. I'll make it for sure next weekend. I'll keep you posted :)

Oh, and for the desert, I baked Isa Chandra's Maple-Kissed Blueberry Pie, and it's one of the best dessert I've ever made.

I have hypoglycemia, I'm vegan and I didn't have a seizure in years. My doctor and nutritionist told me to eat frequently (3 meals plus 2-3 snack a day) with protein, not fat.

I had my wisdom teeth remove a year ago, and this saved my life. It's not really tastefull, but you will feel full after a glass of it.

Homemade smoothies, fruit puree, oatmeal (not too hot), vegan ice cream, applesauce, baby puree, mash banana, silken tofu pudding, are good to eat too...

Oh, and btw, don't use a straw. Suction is bad for healing.
